Sure, a couple of things here.

Let me try to put this into context for your audience,

for your great and wonderful audience, probably UK heavy.

Under our constitution, we have this wonderful thing called the power of the pardon, and it's beautiful.

And it's terrific so long as your guy is doing the pardoning.

If he is, everything's groovy.

And it grants this article to section two, clause one of our constitution, which I always

have here next to me, along with all of my little stickers

every time I voted, this is what America is about.

It's not about the flag and songs and, you know, YMCA.
