Welcome back to our final session of six phases of faith. I'm so glad you stayed with us because we're going to go over the last two days.

Over the last two phases of faith in this session together, and I want you to get to deliverance.

But let me ask you the question that I asked you way back at the very beginning of this study. How's your faith?

What kind of faith do you have? I hope it's growing. I hope it's more knowledgeable and understanding of how God works now.

The Bible says faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. What are you hoping for?

What is your dream that only faith can fulfill? I hope that's gotten clearer to you during these six sessions.

God takes us through the School of Faith that we've studied now for six sessions.

And as we've looked at Abraham's example along the way, as we've considered the different phases of faith, we now know that it goes through a predictable pattern.

First, faith begins with a dream. Then it's followed by a decision. And after the decision comes the inevitable delays of life.

And then after the delays come the inevitable difficulties of life, like we talked about in our last session.

Now we come to phase five, which is the most depressing of all, the dead end phase.

God had promised Abraham that he would be the father of a great nation. But at 99, the promised child that's still not been born to Abraham and his bear and wife Sarah.

And finally, they miraculously have Isaac. But then here comes the dead end.

God asks Abraham to give up his child. And Abraham says, God, you got to be kidding. I mean, I waited 99 years for this child.
