Welcome to another episode in the weekly prison pulpit series here on the China Compass

podcast on the Fight Left East Network. I'm your China travel guide missionary Ben recording today

prison pulpit series once a week last October? To remind us all to pray for persecuted pastors and believers, such as

Pastor Wang Yi, who is still serving a long sentence in China, as Hebrews 13-3 teaches us to do

as bound with them, to pray for those who are being persecuted as if we were bound with them.

I do this by sharing from Wangi's own published writings in

China as well as sharing more prison stories and sermons from others like him, such as the late

Richard Wormbrand who wrote the book Tortured for Christ many, many years ago, and was a pastor

from communist Romania. Now before I get into today's content,

I want to mention, I'm in a place, again, I'm not going to say the name, I guess,

it doesn't really matter, but I'm in a place that's relevant to the book that I published
