In this episode, I interviewed Jean Phillipe Courtois, one of Microsoft's first employees outside of the US. He joined the company in 1984 and now reports directly to CEO Satya Nadella. We discussed his personal journey, the foundation he created to inspire young entrepreneurs, and the work being done to develop tech careers in the UK. So, Microsoft worked on an exciting piece of work called National Association Partnerships

which consists in partnering with government, large enterprise, on really adding on top

of our technology innovation. A couple of very important attributes to society and economy.

One is killing for many full jobs in tech, which I think will be an interesting discussion

together.

The other one is cyber security. It is a big concern across the world. The third one is

really sustainability and societal impact, food technology. And I'm also very involved

in terms of coaching some of our talents. I'm actually passionate about a school of food

called Positive Leadership. I'm also doing a podcast like you, Jimmy. And the third

realize a new initiative we launched a launch six months ago called Entrepreneurship
