These practices opened a path of deep self‑remembrance and inner light refinement.
Through her remembrance movement, Vital Frequencies, Jamie helps others reconnect with their inner light, reclaim soul sovereignty, and remember their divinity in everyday life. With training in wellness coaching, yoga and meditation, energy work, and multiple branches of astrology, she blends holistic practices with the wisdom of the birth chart to empower people to live from coherence rather than chaos.
Her mission is to spark a ripple effect of love in action, reminding us that awakening doesn’t have to come through fear or exhaustion, and that every person’s frequency is vital.
