Summary

In this powerful episode of T Is for Transformation, Shaun T sits down with Jordan from Manchester, UK—a true example of what it means to turn pain into purpose. Bullied throughout his school years for his weight and sexuality, Jordan faced deep struggles with confidence, body image, and mental health. But instead of letting the world define him, he chose to fight back—with fitness as his tool for healing. Jordan shares how discovering the Insanity workout program became more than just a way to lose weight—it became a lifeline. Through movement, he rebuilt his mental strength, gained confidence, and learned how to stand tall in his truth. Together, he and Shaun explore how transformation starts from within and how fitness can become a powerful force for reclaiming self-worth. This episode is a must-listen for anyone who has ever felt broken, bullied, or not enough. Jordan’s story is a reminder that your past doesn’t define you—your power does.
