I need to tell you something about this podcast of To the Point. After many years in commercial

television news and many years in public radio, this is something new for me. It's a new career.

And I'm very happy to say that some very good friends are coming along for the ride.

My name is Robin Wright, and I've done Warren's show as a correspondent for many

different media outlets, the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, the New Yorker. He knows

how to make that connection between people who want information and people who may have the

expertise and don't always know how to express it unless they're prompted to with one of Warren's very smart questions.

And what's great about podcasting is that I'm not a slave to the clock, neither are you.

The conversation can go on as long as it's interesting and people can listen anytime

in any place that they want to.

I'm Nicholas Christoph, a op-ed columnist for the New York Times, and an author.

I appreciate not only as a participant and to the point, but also as a consumer, because when I go

running, then very often I'm listening to Warren and learning about all kinds of issues.
