Who actually am I?

Because I had been in relationship for 11 straight years

and I had begun to define myself by it.

Man, that was a portal of epic proportions, right?

And yeah, for those of you who have been following along,

whether it's my podcast or YouTube show or whatever,

you know last year was really tough for me

between breakups and depression,

about with depression, and various other things that I've shared about,

I embarked on a journey of sovereignty, sovereignty. Andvereigny.

And a lot of people when they hear that word, they think, okay, that means freedom.

But it wasn't actually about freedom for me.

It was about understanding more of like who am I who it actually am I because I had

been in relationship for 11 straight years and I had begun to define myself by it in a way. Like how could I show up for myself and I'd

gotten so attached I developed this addiction to companionship without even realizing it that I had, you know, you go home and it's the end of the day you had a hard day and you're like, oh, I've had a hard day and then someone's there to say, I love you so so much it's going to be better and

and that was how I'd shown up for myself through someone else and to the point
