All right, well, so, um, so for those that don't know, like I said, Adrian is from Southern California.

I think I met him like five or six years ago. We were both

realtors in brokerage in Southern California and you know he's evolved and pivoted to

wholesaler investor, Flipper, entrepreneur so we're going to go through his

journey on you know making millions as a real estate investor and hopefully it helps some of you guys.

So I guess, Adrian, for people who don't know who you are, can you give a little bit of your backstory?

Yeah, yeah.

So my name's Adrian Hernandez.

I'm originally from Rancho Kukamanga, California.

That's where I met the one in only Brian De Villa and it was cool. It's cool. We start I started off as a as a real estate

Assistant at 19 became a real estate assistant and then from there I got my license, sold my first house, six months later, and

transitioned into being an agent.
