So you make some little shifts and changes. But then you have someone, speaking of weight

loss, like a friend of mine, who went from morbidly obese to losing well over 100 pounds. I think it's near 120

at this point. Dramatic life change. Well, you're about to hear a story of someone who made that

massive change in who and how they literally are. And like someone who loses 100 pounds or

more, they're almost unrecognizable

from who they used to be. So I bring you the incredible story, I think, of Tommy Breedlove.

Tommy is now a high-end executive life coach, but really a lot more to men. He's influenced so many of the leaders I've actually had on

this podcast even. His story is one of an abused kid in poverty who was mercilessly bullied

and then grew up to be a bully. At 18, he actually beat up someone so badly. He was charged with

felony accounts and in prison.

Later, he put his anger toward business, made a lot of money, and then came to his end again,

which you'll hear.

Ultimately, it's a story of someone who went from somewhat of a heart of darkness to a

heart that so many now turn to for light.
