Pete Hegsette. So I wanted to talk to Pete. We're in a really unique situation I think in a relationship, meaning here, we're

buddies, we're genuinely friends.

Pete has served in the military.

I have not.

He's been to war.

I have not. And I think with any any good friend you would want to know what your

friend has been through what it's like how you how you internalize rationalize your

experience what made you want to go?

Because I think Pete, and I don't think we've explored this fully yet in our relationship,

like I think his background is pretty similar to mine, small town guy, Minnesota, small town guy, Texas.

You know, pretty highly educated. He went off to Princeton.
