I actually was bartending with some of my high school teachers in the summer. But it was great. I would leave on a busy day with $600 in cash. And I thought to myself, like, wow, if I keep doing this for too long, I'm never going to leave because where do you go to make this money? But when I think back at my mindset, at that age, I always had this mindset. I was like, where can I go to get the biggest return on my time? But like at the time, I was never putting it all together. Long story short, end of the seminar, they're like, hey, whoever did great, we're going to offer you a position here in the car industry, in the automobile industry. And I was like, hmm, that's interesting. I'm like, how does how does this work? And I remember talking to my mom

and she was like, Nicole, you just got done with four years at an expensive college and you're going to go get into the car business. And I was so committed to mortgages that. And I still think, looking back, I do think that you got to get one thing really working well for you, you know, one thing that you've mastered. And then once you get

to that point where it has, hopefully you're, you're making a great living. And now you have this ability to say, okay, well, what am I going to do? I'm just going to take my money, throw it in 401k's in the stock market or buy real estate. Or, you know, am I going to invest in something is way more tangible, something that I can control.

I think that, you know, we hit these

pivot points in our life where we are forced to make decisions. And I fundamentally feel like the longer you take to make a decision sometimes, you know, the, the worse off you can be, kind of sit in this place where you're in turmoil. Like, I don't know what I should do.
