One time I walked up in this guy, Matt, way outranked me, just doing me and you a labor. And I'm like, here's Sergeant. I'll do that for you. And he's like, who are you? You're not one of my people. And I said, yeah, I'm the new medic. He goes, get out of my way. Go find a tree to sleep under how me as an E5 told a general no he wasn't directly in my chain of

command he just happened to be the commanding general the post that i was on at that time yeah

and uh i thought he was wrong yeah and that didn't go over well with my colonel at all or my

captain or anybody in his my chair.

I said, just kind of, because I always am looking for a creative way to do things.

I said, well, I got a lot of houses right now.

I'm paying off, I got to come up with cash to pay for this other engine, but within a month or so,

I'll pull the cash out of something.

I said, unless, of course,

you want to trade a house for a plane, I'd do that today. I used my children as proof of concept.

given him allowance. I have never paid for a down payment.

Nothing. I have simply driven him to the right places. I taught him how to evaluate properties
