persimmons and oaks and their role in the future climate change-driven diet. Now, for folks that aren't

familiar with Eliza's work, she's someone I've been following for a long, long time, and one of those

researchers that always pushes you to work harder, to dig deeper, and to have hope that by looking to the past,

we can build a better future. She's one of those people that gives me genuine hope in the

work we're doing in the future we envision. Her passion about tree crops is second to none,

I've been following you for a very long time.

You are one of the only blogs that I've actually read whenever you post anything new.

You're one of the few people that I look at and see new research happening.

And it's just like every time I'm like,

this is so beyond anything I knew. And like, that doesn't really happen to me that often.

So I'll be done singing your praises. But for folks that aren't familiar with the work,

you're involved in a lot of things now. When you, when your name came up at some point in my life

and like I started researching like what you were doing.

You were all about apples and pigs and now you're into a million things.
