Every day is a good day.

It's kind of hard to answer that question when somebody asked me.

Like, every day in my life is a good day.

Well, that is great to hear.

And it was great seeing you and hearing you on the mic on Saturday for Real American Freestyle.

So the call out, and then you go, you get on, what was that a red eye situation to Vegas to go beat up Craig Jones? How did that all work?

I was on the grind. And by the way, I know that, I love that whole thing to you for for making

that match. And I'm very grateful. It was a really awesome event. It is strange. I mean, I will put it to the event. They've only done two shows. This is their second show. Like, if you go to a WWE, there's things that happen that involve the crowd, the rock, but everybody knows the chant. He's been doing it for 20 years. Just for example, Craig had these guys eating out of his hand, man. And they knew when to cheer. They knew it not to. Gabby Garcia's got this thing. They got this special DJ in there where they got like this club feel. It was one of the great events that I've ever even seen, let alone have been part of. I mean, it was a special energy, and that's very hard to relay. You kind of have to be there, but it was awesome, man. Yeah, yeah. What were your thoughts on just the overall, the competition, you versus Craig, that you come out, you get a take down, you throw him to his back, and then, you know, weird, intricate sort of submission, the buggy choke. Just talk me through that. Well, it's very embarrassing. Like,

it doesn't change if you're 48 or if you're 28. If you're out there competing, you're trying to win.

But you do have different wins. Like, getting a few minutes is a win. Let me explain. When I was still

an active professional athlete doing this twice a day, I took on Craig Joan.

I had just beat the two-time Abu Dhabi gold medalist.

I, like, 20 minutes before, I had just beat him.

I'm wrestling very well.
