preamble in your kitchen in the company of the lovely Zoe who'd roasted some vegetables yes of which I ate some yeah and the very very tasty

lady knows how to roast she was trying a new technique with the potatoes this evening.

Yeah? Where you drain them and then you whack them around in the pot a little bit to drain the rest of the water out before you roast them?

So they crisp up real nice and proper.
