Let's take a moment to set our hearts and minds on Jesus today.

Let's take a few breaths to relax and to receive from Jesus. Today, we're going to do the sacred practice of communion together.

Communion is simply the practice of remembering Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection.

Jesus said to take this bread as my body and this cup as my blood spilled out for you.

So if you could grab some bread and juice or whatever is available to you,

we're going to do that right now.

Let's take the bread in remembrance of Jesus' body

that was broken for us on the cross.

Now let's take the cup And a remembrance of his sacrifice for us

God, we thank you for your body that was broken

And your blood that was spilled for us.

We remember your sacrifice today.

Philippians 212 states, look at how much encouragement you found in your relationship with the anointed one.

You are filled to overflowing with this comforting love.

You have experienced a deepening friendship with the Holy Spirit

and have felt his tender affection and mercy.

So I am asking you, my friends, that you be joined together in perfect unity

with one heart, one passion, and united in one love. Walk together with one harmonious purpose,

and you will fill my heart with unabounded joy.

Paul explains that in Jesus we find encouragement and are filled with his comforting love thanks to the Holy Spirit.

Jesus has decided to join himself to you with a deep friendship.

Jesus desires today to show affection and mercy to you.
