So last week I talked about my gym journey and I think I mentioned in there that I haven't done the scanner in a while because I truly didn't care. I was at a place where I was like I literally don't care if I've made any progress or not because I feel so good and I feel so strong and the fact that I can lift heavier and heavier is all that I need and then I was thinking about it and I was like wait if I don't care
