We've had friendships break up over things like elections and differences with our kids and

problems in our church or discussions in our church or whatever the case may be.

Neighborhood issues, all of that.

Friendships have broken up over these things.

And so right now this is an especially tender

subject because I even remember in past elections where for the first time we saw families fracture

and other relationships fracture and friendships where we said, I don't even know who they are anymore.

You might know me from this show, or maybe you've heard me speak at your church or in your community,

but I started out as a writer.

Writing is a great love of mine, and I've been doing it for about 20 years now.

That's what my first book was written.

It's still my great love, and I'm so excited to tell you that I have joined the Substat community, where you can read very raw and honest, and yes, unedited and unfiltered writing for me every week where I sometimes put on my coaching hat and ask you questions to help you sort out

life things sometimes I get really brutally honest about body issues and lies that I think

Friendship breakups are some of the worst kind of pain because they make you question everything.

Who you are, the goodness of people, your judgment, your worth, and if you can ever find or

trust another friend again, trust me, I have been through

friendship breakups and they are so, so hard.

But life isn't meant to live outside of relationships.
