Well, so this week's is the start of the government's border target operating model

or bottom for short. I mean, I don't know who thinks this stuff up. They didn't think of the acronym very closely.

So the idea is that it will mirror the controls that the EU has for UK companies

exporting food and plant things into the EU, right? So from Wednesday all imported plant and animal products

will be categorized as basically low, medium or high risk and anything seen as

medium or high risk, which includes meat and dairy as well as most plants,
