Summary

A school groundskeeper turned administrator becomes the center of an ethics scandal when he (allegedly) illegally trades in 11 lawnmowers belonging to Akron Public Schools. After obtaining seven of the machines at a "friends and family" rate, he then (allegedly) tried to sell five of them on Facebook Marketplace for a significant profit.
