Brooke is a worship leader and songwriter

with Hill Song Worship, and so many of her songs

fill our churches and homes daily.

She and her husband, Scotty and their two girls

live in Southern California and serve with Hill Song Church, LA.

And today we get to listen in on a conversation Brooke shared with Shelly as they discuss life

in quarantine, pressing into discontentment, and what it is to really celebrate each other as well as ourselves.

How are you guys surviving these days?

How are you feeling with small children in your home and tight quarters and sort of all the things that go with that? You guys doing okay?

I seriously have nothing, I have zero complaints we are obviously in compliance with all the

ordinances of our county and under those ordinances I'm actually

considered an essential worker I think because

yeah perhaps like LA and O C is a like a kind of a studio town so because I work out of a

studio I am allowed to come here and because I am considered an essential worker I'm

allowed to have help with the kids so honestly I find myself in a very very

blessed position yeah that's incredible don't take for granted in a very, very blessed position. Yeah, that's incredible.

I don't take for granted in a second.

So yeah, I'm able to come out kind of to a workplace,

zone in, get focused, get things done,
