Summary

Welcome to our new Wednesday series of transformational stories from our new Friday Workbox Certified Organizers! Organize 365® recently upgraded all of the Business Friday Workbox Systems and we are so excited to share the stories of the certified organizers who helped us make these improvements!

On Wednesdays, I normally get to talk with members of the Organize 365 community as they share the challenges, progress, missteps, and triumphs along their organizing journey. You can see and hear transformation in action.

Today, I am sharing my conversation with Jenn Dickel. Jenn shared about finding a Mastermind back in early 2020. She is back today to share her experience in our newest Mastermind to improve the Friday Workbox and become a Friday Workbox Certified Organizer. Jenn is a businesswoman and entrepreneur who loves to help others focus on improving their productivity.

You can find Jenn at Seasonal Navigation Organizing, on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

I think you've been on a podcast episode before. Haven't you or have you not?

0:40.8

I think this is my second or third. Yeah, I think we'll find the old podcast and put them in

0:46.1

the show notes. I know you've been on the podcast at least once. At least once. Build your mastermind

0:51.1

0:58.2

Yes. I don't remember. How did you first find me and or organized 365? Do you remember?

1:04.2

I do. So when I was first starting my business, I was looking for podcasts of other organizers

1:12.9

1:18.5

organizers think tank. So I started to listen to that. And when I started to listen to that,

1:25.1

it introduced me to your podcast. So I started to listen to that podcast. And at that time,

1:31.1

I was transitioning, working a full-time job and wanting to start my business. And I really

1:38.6

got the kick to do it. I want to say that was 2016. Yes. All of 2016. When I was doing that,

1:46.0

I actually opened my business in 2017. And in the meantime, I was, this was before the Sunday

1:52.9

basket. I was going to say this was before a physical Sunday basket. This is before I was a

1:57.1

corporation like, yeah, going way back in time. Yes. So when I did my Sunday basket, I did the

2:03.6

no-no of putting your work and your personal together. And I actually use it as an example,

2:09.6

the pictures of it when I work with clients, because it is hotness.

2:15.7

And there is no work-life balance, but there should be work-life paper separation as well.
