Hey everyone, it's Adrienne here. This week, I want to share a message with you to encourage you all

0:14.9

to reflect on the year, to look back at 2022 what a year it has been before you start to look ahead to next year,

0:23.4

before we start to make plans and set goals and start to think about all the things we want

0:28.0

to tick off next year. I think it's incredibly valuable and important to really give yourself

0:34.0

credit and to celebrate the wins, the joys, and to recognise all of the

0:39.5

other things, the good, the bad, everything in between. So much happens in one year. So a great

0:45.6

1:29.2

silly and fun and carefree? I think joy is so underrated and when we think about our lives

1:35.1

and we think about setting goals, how many times do you prioritize goals that are going to enhance

1:40.4

the joy in your life? Now, we often in the well-being space, we talk about how stress

1:45.8

can be debilitating and stress can be bad for our health. Mental stress can be bad for our mental

1:51.5

health, but also for our physical health and our bodies. And of course, the opposite is true.

1:57.2

So if we are doing things that relieve stress, things that make us happy, things that bring us joy, that is going to have the opposite effect.

2:04.6

It's going to have a positive outcome for our physical and our mental health.

2:08.5

So have a think about it.
