And today, it's two big updates on the two big legal cases in the world of politics. One on each

side of the aisle here. First, President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden was officially indicted in a

Delaware court yesterday. He was indicted on federal firearms charges. There are three counts.

Here, two of them are connected to him, falsely claiming that he wasn't a drug user,

and the third is for possessing a gun as a drug user. This is the first ever prosecution of

a sitting president's child, historic. House Republicans are still investigating his finances as well.

Another news that broke yesterday regarding former President Trump's upcoming trial in Georgia,

it will not be held in October as was previously discussed. Actually, it won't even happen anytime
