The indictments keep coming. This time, its president Biden's son Hunter, who was

indicted yesterday on three federal charges, a first for a child of a sitting president.

Hunter is accused of lying about his drug use when buying a firearm in 2018.

He's since said he was addicted to crack cocaine at the time.

The indictment makes no mention of any of the tax violations that were part of a previous plea

deal. That deal, which would have allowed Hunter to avoid jail time, unexpectedly fell

apart in July after a judge raised concerns. Hunter's lawyer criticized the indictment,

saying it's the result of mega-republicans improper and partisan interference.

Senator Chuck Grassley called the indictment a starting point for justice.
