I think after the year of 2020,

we've got to come out of the stocks like charging, haven't we?

We've just got to go.

Yeah, exactly. And also, do you know what, we've just got to go. Yeah, exactly. And also do you know what we've got to remember to keep asking people how they are as well and really, you know, really asking them not just accepting, yeah'm fine I'm fine which so many of us do

when we don't want to talk about what's actually going on how are you it's it's it's. We've got stuff going on at home with Axel and actually it's been going on for well actually since we went into lockdown in March so you know coming up to a year and it sounds

so random but it's a deal with going to the toilet he we've noticed that when he's anxious about something, he thinks he needs to go for a

wee all the time. So he gets really upset and and he said I've got too many wheeze in there I've got too many

wheeze in there and and usually it's to do something so at the beginning of lockdown it was obviously because his whole world have been flipped upside down and we're probably talking about death and all sorts of stuff around him and not realizing what he's picking up.

But just before Christmas, one of the children in his school

left the school, and he was really upset and kept saying,

I don't want to leave the school, I don't want to leave the school I don't want to move and I think

James and I'd maybe been discussing like moving not that we're going to move house but just

Obviously James's job you do move around and stuff and we've kind of we must have been

with there must have been a mention of it and he's obviously picked up on that and thought

I'm going to be moving and I'm going to move school and I'm going to leave all my friends which is what happened to him when we first went into lockdown he left that school on the Friday and never went back again and I I think, you know, as a lot, as much as we talk about our own

mental health on here, we don't actually talk about our children's mental health,

which will have been affected this year.

And I think, yeah, we just need to be aware of it and look out for the signs and stuff
