Hello, once again, my brothers and sisters.

It is time for another episode of Pray Together.

This is where you and I take the requests from others around the world who have submitted

them through the website, carygreen.com slash prayer, and we are able to pray together for these

needs, for all the unspoken needs that are not mentioned.

We know there are needs all around the world and people who either have not gotten the time

to submit a request or have just felt a little hesitant about that.

And today, as we come to prayer, I want to encourage us with a couple of verses from the book of 1 John. These are

incredible verses when you really think about the promise that's contained here. But there are also

verses that push us to a point of dependence on God to lead us even in our prayers as we're

thinking about the types of things we should be praying on behalf of these requests because we can

request very specific things as believers to be prayed for which may or may not be exactly

within the will of God and And we all understand that. We

pray for the things that are in our heart, the things we want to see come to pass. But God has

the very best in mind, sometimes bigger and better than we know. And these verses remind me of that.

And remind me how dependent I need to be on God to lead me as I pray.
