Hello, my friends. Welcome to another Friday Pray Together episode that's actually being published on Monday.

That's because over the weekend, I have been fighting COVID myself. I've been sick and trying to get back on my feet.

And it is a long haul getting over that thing. I'm telling you, mine turned out to be a pretty mild case, but my father-in-law and mother-in-law are both ill,

and my father-in-law is actually hospitalized, so please be praying for him.

We have a number of requests to pray for today, so I ask you to join me as we go to the

Father in prayer.

Lord, we begin today just saying thank you for life and breath and health and strength.

For everything you offer us through your mighty grace, we just rest in you and say, thank you, Lord.

We want to lift up Nathan to you, who's asking us to pray for his sister and her children as they are traveling,

that you give them safety and you would give them your oversight and care. Lord, we understand

the concern of travel and all the things that can go wrong and sometimes do to go wrong. And we

ask you, Lord, to give Nathan and his sister both the peace that they need knowing that you're with him.

Lord Nathan also asks us to pray for himself in getting back to God.

Lord, I just can't imagine a prayer like this being unheard by you, Lord.

We just pray that you would give Nathan a desire deep in his soul to draw near to you, to be close to you,

Lord, and that you would fulfill that desire with yourself. And Lord, he also asks us to pray

that you would guide the doctor's hands as he undergoes a process for an angiogram. Lord,

we ask that you would just use the entire situation to draw him close to you, give him

understanding of your care for him, and show him, Lord, how you love him and how you're guiding

him step by step. Lord, we left up another request here from Yamele, who asks that when her son's surgery happens in August, that everything

will be fine, that his ears will be open and he'll be able to hear. It sounds like he's not able to

physically hear right now. Lord, we ask that you would bring a miracle of all miracles to give the
