All right, today we begin our time of prayer.

Lord Jesus, we lift up a request that comes to us from Ilva and Chad, who want us to be praying

for their daughter. She is an alcoholic and she sounds to be in a pretty serious situation. She's not only

addicted to alcohol. She's also addicted to a legally prescribed drug, but she has lied to receive

that prescription. And she has also been in the ER four times this year due to alcohol intoxication.

She's been beaten by her ex.

She's also addicted to another drug.

Lord, she's been a detox but is now at home with her parents.

And Lord, they are detoxing her additionally there.

Father, we just lift up this dear daughter to you.

I have three daughters. I just can't imagine the heartache that must be going on in the hearts of Ilva and Chad regarding this daughter.

I know they love her so much. They want to see her free from this addiction. Lord,
