Ginger is standing by with the dangerous coastal impacts to look out for this weekend from that

dissipating storm in the Atlantic. But first we begin with that breaking news. The investigation

after a massive explosion overnight at the largest oil refinery on the west coast. Inferno seen for miles.

Trevor, Alt is near the scene. And Trevor, what are we learning right now? Well, Michael,

this refinery is so large here. They have their own fire department and they had their hands

full overnight taming these gigantic flames that send people scrambling to evacuate.
