0:13.6	We're getting used to strange headlines, but as the week comes to an end, I want to draw
0:17.1	attention to a headline coming from the Associated Press.
0:20.5	The development is in the state of Montana.
0:23.3	We're also getting used to courts seeking to thwart democratic action or action by legislator's
0:29.8	or citizens to restrict human behavior.
0:32.3	The headline in this case, quote, Montana, judge keeps in place a ban on enforcement of
0:37.4	law, restricting drag shows and drag reading events.
0:41.8	So that's a lot of words in a headline, but I guess they're necessary in order to make
0:45.7	the point that this judge has kept in place, what is a ban on the enforcement of a ban?
0:52.0	A ban in Montana on the enforcement of a ban, a law restricting drag shows and drag
0:58.9	reading events where children might be present.
1:02.3	Amy Beth Hansens, the reporter, she tells us just this week, quote, a federal judge in
1:07.0	Montana is continuing to block enforcement of a law that puts restrictions on drag shows
1:12.1	and bans, drag reading events and public schools and libraries, saying that the law targets
1:17.5	free speech and expression and that the text of the law and its legislative history, quote,
1:23.3	events anti LGBTQ plus animus end quote.
1:27.5	Now this is pretty much what you think it is.
1:29.9	Here you have a federal judge who is blocking the legislatures action in Montana to say that
1:36.6	you can't have drag events either drag shows or drag reading events and public schools.
