Her speech came right before Congress voted in favor of opening hearings as part of the

impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

All but two Democrats voted for the measure and Republicans voted against it.

It allows the House Intelligence Committee to hold public hearings with witnesses who previously testified in private.
