1:10.6	can't be spending more money next year we have to spend less than we spent the
1:14.3	year before Vice President Kamala Harris says the White House team is
1:18.9	committed to finding a solution no matter what. There are differences between
1:24.4	the terms of where we think we should be however I will say that our team is
1:30.4	in the room negotiating on this is absolutely committed to figuring out how we
1:35.3	can reach and agreement America cannot default. President Biden has been
1:42.9	keeping an eye on the talks while at the G7 summit in Japan even leaving this
1:47.1	evening's dinner early to get an update he will be back in Washington on Sunday
