Right, folks?

Thermostats. That sounds like a high number. I cannot believe this story in this conversation. This debate is really raging. 78 degrees is too high for the AC.

Yeah, you know what's funny is I actually walked by our AC yesterday morning and you had it set at 78 degrees. I just want to do my part. I was like, I'm sorry, this is not happening. This is what I do my part. I turned it down to 72 and then I think you turned it down to 67 after that. But this is going crazy. Mayor Momdani, who people have their issues with, our mayor here in New York, he just robs. We're in the middle of this heat wave. going to be triple digits for two, three are mayor here in New York. He just, Robes, we're in the middle of this heat wave.

Going to be triple digits for two, three days straight here in New York.

And he's trying to reduce pressure on the grid.

He recommended that everybody set your thermostat to 78 degrees.

Obviously, Republicans, you can understand them attacking him, but Robs, why did that set everybody off?

Why did 78 degrees get accusations of socialism and communism? Because that's hot. That's hot in an apartment, first of all.

And number two, like to give people an exact number that they have to set their temperature to

feels very oppressive in heat and in demands. He wasn't forcing them. He wasn't forcing them. He was

just suggesting. It was, I think people don't like being told what to do in their own homes.

They don't like guidance? We know. And like to tell you, here's the level of comfort I suggest
