Hello, my beloved, happy Murder in the News Friday.

Now listen, you guys have really upped your game about sending me articles and I am here for it.

So all of you guys that submit, including Danielle, because I misquoted who, sent me an article last time. I apologize if I ever do that. Thank you so much to everyone that sends me articles.

So, I am in my living room because the closet of contemplation is hot AF

and also because the dogs don't want to be outside and I cannot record in the closet of

contemplation with them scratching at the door because they love me.

And then as a final thing, I say this all the time but for the new people I do not read these articles

ahead of time outside of just the titles just to kind of make sure that they at least

moderately pertain to the subject matter here for two and all the fancy things. All right, let's get into it.

So this is coming out of Las Vegas. A mysterious monolith was discovered in a wildlife refuge north of Las Vegas this weekend.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said their search and rescue team discovered

the strange formation near Gas Peak in the Desert National Wildlife

Refuge. Gas Peak is one of the highest peaks in the area surrounding Las Vegas. So Las Vegas police used the monolith

sighting to remind hikers to prepare themselves before braving the
