| 0:13.0 | You know, here we are in the digital age, we're in the smartphone age, we're in the Internet age. |
| 0:18.0 | You can just name the technology. It's all around us. And most people are connected |

| 0:39.3 | We understand that there is a unique vulnerability to young people. |
| 0:42.9 | And one of the things that should appear insane to us is that children and young people |
| 0:46.7 | have been so exposed to not only cell phones, but to all kinds of very toxic, toxic influences. |
| 0:54.9 | And not only that, in the age of artificial intelligence, to chat bots that include, well, |
| 1:01.0 | as I say, some things that have led children and young people to self-destructive behavior, |
| 1:06.1 | some which have confused them sexually and so many other ways. |
| 1:10.7 | We're talking about something is it's just really dangerous. |
| 1:12.6 | We're also talking about the fact that these digital devices are taking so much time and |
| 1:17.6 | consuming so much attention that other things like making friends and sustaining friendships, |
| 1:23.6 | knowing how to have a conversation, all those things tend to fall apart. |

| 1:27.9 | globe, people are beginning to awaken to this problem. And government after government is beginning |
| 1:33.3 | to take some kind of action. They are saying that children until a certain age, 15, 16, an average, |
| 1:40.2 | young people can't have social media accounts or they can't have full access to social media accounts. |
