Details continued to emerge surrounding the Texas school shooting which left 19 children,

two teachers, and the shooter dead, and 17 others injured.

The 18-year-old shooter had no criminal history or documented mental health struggles before the

attack, although his classmates said he had been exhibiting threatening behavior.

Tuesday morning, he shot his grandmother with a rifle he purchased last week, stole her

truck and crashed it outside Rob Elementary School. He fired upon an injured two arriving officers

before barricading himself inside a fourth grade classroom where he continued shooting.

Approximately 40 minutes passed before a responding border patrol officer shot and killed him.

The shooter set messages narrating the events leading to the attack to an online

acquaintance in Germany but authorities are still unsure of a specific motive.
