access to Miffa Pristone, the abortion pill. The justices ruled that the opponents of Miffa Pristone

lacked the legal right to sue over the FDA's approval of the medication and their actions

to make it easy to access. With this ruling, the medication can be mailed to patients without an

in-person doctor visit.

Mipipristone was used in nearly two-thirds of all abortions in the U.S. last year.
