throughout the morning. But a lot to cover here on this 4th of July. The president back at the White

House this morning after that big victory on his signature spending bill. He's set to sign it

later today and we are alive at the White House with what to expect. But we do begin with the

deadly storms overnight in the Northeast, leaving a trail

of destruction after flash floods and damaging winds tore through several states. The storms also wreaking

havoc for millions heading out for the holiday weekend. Morgan Norwood is at Newark Airport for us.
