Honestly, the top story today is the Olympics.

At the time I'm recording this the 2024

Paris Olympics will officially begin in a matter of hours. The opening ceremony

has been called the most sprawling and elaborate Olympic opening ever and that's saying something.

It all starts at 1.30 Eastern time today. It will be rebroadcast tonight at 7.30

Eastern though. NBC has got all the coverage for all things Olympics, NBC and Peacock, and the ceremony kicks

off 16 days of competition. Over 10,000 athletes from around the world will compete in 32 different

sports.

I'm excited to see breakdancing,

you know, just out of curiosity,

this is the first year that's one of the games.

And of course, Simone Biles, all lies on Simone Biles.

Also, crowds are gonna be back for the first time since the pandemic, which is exciting.

And I will say the United States is projected to take home the most medals this year.

They say 112 overall medals for us with China projected to come in second. May the best country win,
