So we're in Genesis, chapter 16. And I'm really excited, actually, to talk to you for a couple

minutes about this passage. We left us in the story with Hagar running. Remember, she ran from Sarai. She became pregnant by Abram.

Really bad choice. Bad choice by Sarai, bad choice by Abram. I guess you could even say

bad choice by Hagar. She didn't have much of a choice. But when Hagar realized that she was pregnant, she despised

Sarai. So all of this conflict because they're just trying to help God out. But here in Genesis 16,

I'm trying to find my place. I think we left in verse number six, where Abram and Sarai now are having this,

this, this, this issue because of the pregnancy of Hagar. Hagar is upset. She runs away. And it says

in verse seven that the angel of the Lord found her by a fountain of water.
