Good morning everybody. The Simple Handicap for Friday, January 5th and for the final time of the NFL season, thank you for making me a part of your morning.

This is the final episode of The simple handicap in its usual form with

the daily market rundowns for the NFL season. It has been a hundred and twenty eight days

since the first episode went live.

It's been every Monday and Friday

since that time, with the exception of three days.

And I appreciate and thank each and every one of you

for following along every step of the way as well as following along

through the off-season preview podcasts and first initial thoughts podcasts that

aired way back in the month of June, which seems like a lifetime ago.

We've made it to the end of week 18.

This does not mean this is the final shows for 2023.

We'll have my initial reactions each and every round of the playoffs. Those will be

posted for you to consume every single Monday morning the rest of the way

with the one exception probably being the wild card weekend where I might have two

uploads following up with the Monday night game after the fact and so we'll have

my initial thoughts and all the opening lines uploaded to the podcast feed

and those will carry you through to the Monday or Sunday

evening following the conference championships.

There will be YouTube live streams at least one every single week later in the week from here to the

Super Bowl as well. So again I can't say thank you enough for all of the

numbers all of the downloads all of the support all of the reviews that were left as well both on the US and Canadian side through Apple and Spotify
