bridge blanketed on top of all of this fog, that heavy rain that has been

soaking the south and the northeast, and there's more on the way.

This morning millions waking up to the threat of flash flooding from Louisiana to West Virginia.

In Texas they're cleaning up after parts of the state getting over eight inches of rainfall.

San Jacinto County under a disaster declaration

after increased water levels from the Lake Livingston Dam,

flooding homes in the nearby valley,

vehicles abandoned some completely submerged,

residents desperate for aid.
