Hello everybody. I'm John Fawson with this Great America Show Midday Update for Friday, February 14th.

Happy Friday, folks. We made it through yet another weekend. We're ready to cruise on into the weekend.

Weeks are going by seemingly fast and seemingly better than they have in the past, especially over the last three weeks.

I think it might be something called the Trump effect we're seeing

around here recently. On Fox and Friends this morning, we had an unlikely duo once foes now

looks like becoming frenemies. New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who's former Marxist, still yet to be

seen if he's fully recovered, but it seems like he's making great strides.

And President Trump's borders are Tom Holman sitting down for an interview together, as I said on Fox and Friends.

Eric Adams this week announced that he's going to allow ICE to open a facility on Rikers Island.

Now, for those of you who aren't New Yorkers,

Rikers Island is perhaps one of the deadliest prisons in America,

certainly in New York alone.

It harbors rapists and murderers and all sorts of bad people.

The other big thing it harbors is gangs.

What I'm told from my inside source is that in Rikers Island,

they have separate houses, separate housing, for certain gang members.

So if you're MS-13, you're in one housing complex.

If you're in the blood, you're in one.

If you're in the Latin kings, you're in another.

If you're in the crypts, you're in another.

And they keep them away from each other. So they hopefully don't kill each other, although

not sure that's the worst thing. But it's that bad that they have to separate these folks who
