Hello and welcome to my Friday 5, my weekly topical look at news and views from the world

especially when it comes to organic and regenerative agriculture. So I'm delighted to be welcoming

But first, I have managed to stay somewhat connected with the UK and my homeland during my travels

and something that popped up into my inbox this week, which I have to say was a bit of a surprise,

was a cutting from the new issue of Horse and Hound magazine. I have to say, not my regular reading,

having neither a horse nor a hound, but it was a press clipping alert from my press monitoring

service, who send me things from the media whenever I mentioned or quoted. So I was curious

to see how I could possibly feature in such a specialised publication not normally in my orbit.

Well, it turned out to be the most brilliant article written by Lucy Elder entitled

empower others. But how brilliant that the tentacles of menopause awareness and evidence-based

information is spreading across all areas of our lives, also it would seem. Well, I was intrigued
