| 0:16.6 | The most recent state is the state of Iowa. |
| 0:19.1 | What's going on? |
| 0:20.1 | Well, the state government is giving enormous power to parents in order to choose the educational |
| 0:26.4 | context appropriate for their children. |
| 0:29.2 | And in this case, when it comes to choose, it's not inventing a new right because it's |
| 0:34.0 | very clear that in the United States, thanks be to God, parents have the right to choose |
| 0:38.6 | how their children will be educated. |
| 0:41.6 | But having the right often is a rather empty thing if there's not the money to fulfill |
| 0:46.9 | the choices made by parents when you have tax money confiscated from American families |
| 0:52.4 | and channeled into government-run public schools. |
| 0:55.8 | If that's the only way the money can run, then Christian parents, or any kind of parent |
| 1:00.1 | who's concerned about the education of children and does not choose the public schools, they |
| 1:04.6 | are put at an economic disadvantage. |
| 1:07.1 | Two states are breaking out of that pattern and other states are almost sure to follow. |
| 1:11.0 | I want to mention Arizona and Iowa. |
| 1:13.8 | Arizona and Iowa both put together legislation which signed into law means this. |
| 1:19.6 | Parents and families in those states will have the opportunity to make their own decisions |
| 1:24.2 | about where their children will be educated. |
