From EPC News, I'm Dave Packard, two immigration agents put on administrative leave say officials

after they were found to have made untruthful statements about shooting a migrant in Minnesota last month.

At the time, that shooting was labeled a violent attack on law enforcement that resulted in charges against two men.

This is coming from the top ranks of ICE, acting ICE director, Todd Lyon, saying that video evidence appears to show that the agents that were involved in this officer involved shooting may have been lying about the sequence of events.

Now, we haven't seen that video, but we do know that just yesterday we were reporting that the top federal

prosecutor in Minnesota asked a judge to dismiss the case. That case as of this morning has been

dismissed permanently, meaning that they can't bring back these charges. ABC's Armando Garcia,

Congress has left town without an agreement to fund the Department of Homeland Security.
