Good morning to join up Dots.

This is a solo show, this is just me, I've got no guest today and I keep on saying to you I keep on saying

to you that I feel like doing more of these and then I've got so many guests coming

to me which is which is great for an interview show and certainly in the early days

when you start anything it's quite difficult to get anyone to come onto a podcast

when effectively you haven't got a podcast so you're saying oh come on to this show it's going to be amazing I've

never recorded an episode before but you're gonna love it and so it's a bit of a

push but now we're three years in we're coming up to the 700th episode and quite simply people are coming to me left

right and center and we are banged out we are banged out people so there's going to be a lot of

interviews coming your way.

But at course that means that I kind of, I lose track of the fact that sometimes I don't talk to you personally

and tell you what's happening in Join up.
