| 0:57.3 | Yesterday, the National Labor Relations Board made it possible for over 250,000 Amazon |

| 1:08.9 | Well, the National Labor Relations Board is the government agency that's in charge of enforcing national labor laws across America. And for over a year, they've been investigating two issues related to Amazon delivery drivers. The first is whether or not Amazon should be considered a joint employer of its delivery service partner |
| 1:28.9 | drivers. And the second issue being investigated was whether or not Amazon was actively |
| 1:34.4 | participating in illegal union busting activities. And the drivers came out as the winners in |
| 1:39.9 | both of those investigations, meaning that in theory, at least, all of the Amazon drivers |
| 1:45.5 | across the country should be able to unionize pretty soon and negotiate for better pay and |
| 1:51.1 | working conditions. And on top of that, Amazon might actually have to go to court now and face |
| 1:56.8 | some sort of penalty for violating workers' rights. But if this does become an actual lawsuit against Amazon, it'll be very interesting to follow |
